If I could choose one week of workouts to repeat over and over again, it would probably look a lot like this.
This plan combines some of my favorite workouts into a balanced week of strength, cardio, mobility, and recovery. It’s the kind of routine that keeps me feeling strong, energized, and excited to show up each day.
